Report: Penn State's Bill O'Brien wants NFL buyout reduced

Penn State head football coach, and former New England Patriots offensive coordinator, Bill O’Brien wants to head back to the NFL so badly that his NFL contract buyout has been dramatically reduced. Brandon Noble said he would probably not attend PSU now
