Cowboys Add OT Brandon Carter To Practice Squad

The Dallas Cowboys filled out their practice squad on Tuesday with the signing of offensive tackle Brandon Carter. A Texas Tech product, Carter was signed by New Orleans as an undrafted free agent in 2010.
