Brown move key for defense
One of the biggest questions for the Louisville defense this spring is finding a replacement for second team All-Big East selection Dexter Heyman at middle linebacker. It appears Charlie Strong's staff has already found an answer after moving junior Preston Brown into Heyman's old slot.

Heyman Receives Howard Schnellenberger Award
Louisville’s Dexter Heyman was the recipient of the Howard Schnellenberger Award which is presented to the outstanding player in the annual Louisville – Kentucky football game. Heyman was given the award last night at the Paul Hornung Award ceremonies at the Galt House. Four Cards Receive All Big East Honors
Teddy Bridgewater, Dexter Heyman, Hakeem Smith, and Adrian Bushell have been honored by the Big East conference. Bridgewater was the unanimous new comer of the year. Louisville has held that award three of the past four seasons. Hakeem Smith won the award last year, while Victor Anderson won it in 2008.
