Baylor won a close game against Houston last night, winning 3-2. With the win last night, the Bears are headed to the Big 12 Soccer Championship this weekend!
It wasn’t always pretty, and they needed a lot of help from their special teams to do it, but the Baylor Bears (3-4) bested the Cincinnati Bearcats (2-5) in their first-ever meeting, 32 to 29.
Blake Shapen passed for 316 yards and Isaiah Hankins made four field goals, including one from 54 yards, to lead Baylor to a 32-29 victory Saturday over host Cincinnati in the first meeting between the Big 12 programs.
Baylor dug itself a 28-point hole midway through the third quarter but rattled off 29 unanswered points to come from behind and knock off host UCF 36-35 for its largest comeback in history on Saturday afternoon in Orlando, Fla.
