TALLAHASSEE, Fla. -- Florida State's James Wilder Jr. has been arrested for the third time in less than a year.

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. Florida State tailback James Wilder Jr. was charged with failing to appear in court because of a suspended drivers license.
Wilder voluntarily turned himself in to the Leon County Sheriff's Department on Sunday and was released on a 500 bond, spokesman Lt. James McQuaig said Monday afternoon.
His next scheduled court date is Jan. 24.

According to NoleSports.com, Wilder was supposed to remain in jail until Saturday night for blowing a 0.01 breathalyzer test.
