Washington State University wide receiver Jared Karstetter has been named one of 10 finalists for the 2011 ARA Sportsmanship Award, presented annually by the Awards and Recognition Association (ARA) and given to one outstanding NCAA Division I collegiate football player who best personifies the spirit of sportsmanship.

MMQB: WSU Cougars cough up a potential upset
MMQB from Insider Steve our resident Washington State Cougars guru. Steve tells us this was a close game. Thru most of the game Washington State was only one possession away from getting right back into the game. Cougar receivers get their groove back
IT WASN'T ENOUGH to win, but it was something. After a trio of poor performances against UCLA, Stanford and Oregon State, WSU’s receiving corps showed some life Saturday afternoon in their 43-28 loss at No. 7 Oregon. For the first time since the Cougars’ 31-27 win at Colorado, Jared Karstetter and Marquess Wilson both surpassed 100 yards in the same game.
