National roundup: Arkansas ties up Vanderbilt in 4th

In an upset bid of No. 8 Arkansas, Vanderbilt is tied with the Razorbacks, 28-28, in the fourth quarter. Vanderbilt has had the lead for most of the day, but Arkansas tied it when Jerry Franklin recoverd a Vanderbilt fumble and returned it 94 yards for a touchdown. The Razorbacks also converted the 2-point conversion to force the tie.
