  The Cleveland Browns announced the signing of TE Jim Dray on Thursday. Dray, 27, spent the last three years with the Cardinals after being taken in the seventh -round of the 2010 NFL Draft. He appeared in all 16 games for the Cardinals last year and caught 26 passes for 215 yards receiving and two touchdowns.
