CORVALLIS - Senior slotback Kevin Cummings says that he has been cleared to start practicing Wednesday by the Oregon State training staff, and that he will play in the Hawaii Bowl on Dec. 24.

Longhorns player throws punches, remains in Bowl game

The Texas Longhorns are trailing Oregon State at halftime of the Alamo Bowl but at least one member of their defense came out fighting. Literally. Safety Kenny Vaccaro took the time to punch Oregon State wide receiver Kevin Cummings. It is assumed that the referees missed these punches as Vacarro remained in the game.
