Indiana safety Mark Murphy is one of the school's recipients of the Big Ten Medal of Honor, a prestigious award in its 101st year. Three Hoosiers receive academic honor

Three new members of the National Football Foundation's Hampshire Honor Society are Indiana Hoosiers: linebacker Kyle Kennedy, safety Mark Murphy and fullback Mike Replogle.
