VanHoose shows potential in first season
It was a stellar first season for Northwestern cornerback Nick VanHoose. However, a strong start to the year was put on hold when he suffered a dislocated shoulder, sidelining him for three games. The campaign ended with an interception in the regular-season finale, and Freshman-All American honors. And the best could be yet to come.
