Kansas State Starters Dominate Spring Game
It goes without saying, it's generally not a good idea to take much from the statistics generated in a spring game. As it turns out, Kansas State is no different.
After the Wildcats' final scrimmage of the spring on Saturday, about the only thing we know for sure is that their starters are much better than their reserves. Shocking, I know.
The Wildcats purple team consisting...

Klein leads K-State into annual spring game
MANHATTAN, Kan. (AP) Travis Tannahill has already noticed some differences in Collin Klein.
A year ago, the plucky run-first quarterback of Kansas State was just starting to assume control of the offense. He'd thrown all of 18 passes the previous season, and much like the rest of the Wildcats, nobody really knew what to expect.
What happened is that Klein put together one of...

Wildcats look to improve on 10-win season
Kansas State made significant progress in year three of Bill Snyder's second takeover of the program, but the veteran coach will not be satisfied with the 10-win season and Cotton Bowl berth.
Not when his constant mantra ever since he first took over in 1989 is for his players, his coaches and his team to simply get a little better every day. Do that in 2012 and the Wildcats...

Kansas State's 16 Goals for Success
There aren't many coaches in college football that have accomplished more than Kansas State's Bill Snyder. The results haven't necessarily been measured in championships, but few would argue that what Snyder has accomplished at a place that was once the laughingstock of college football has been nothing short of amazing.
Just how important has Snyder been at Kansas...

Kansas State Wildcats: College Fantasy Football Recap And 2012 Outlook
Overview-
The Wildcats’ offense had some major shoes to fill in 2011. Some were filled quite easily, while others not so much. The leading passer, rusher and receiver all had to be replaced by head coach Bill Snyder and to say he succeeded in doing that is a bit of a toss-up. A top option at wideout and running back never stood out, but those issues were all masked by one...

Bryce Brown Leaving Kansas State
Bryce Brown was once the most sought-after high school prospect in the country. Back in 2009 as a 6-foot, 215-pound running back out of Wichita, Kansas, Rivals.com ranked him as the nation’s top player. Everyone wanted him. My how things have changed.
Today it is being reported that after a tumultuous college career that has seen him bounce around the nation, Brown has decided...

Stop crying over Kansas State, the non-snubbed
More than a decade into the BCS era and I am still amazed at the outrage over who is selected to play in the BCS bowls outside of the Championship Game.
There is a lot of money on the line for sure, but the fact remains that the other bowls are most often a side show to the big one. Unless there is a year without a clear No. 1, the other games don't matter...
