Does Indiana Basketball have any hope for the postseason?

Last season, Hoosier Nation was filled with disappointment when the Indiana University basketball team failed to reach the NCAA Tournament. The pain does not just stop there because the team was also unable to secure a single victory in the NIT Tournament. The loyal fanbase is on pace to relive last season yet again unless drastic measures are taken. On January 24, the Hoosiers traveled...

Indiana fans REALLY want Romeo Langford to commit to the Hoosiers

The state’s top player in the 2018 class received a loud and clear message from the crowd tonight. The New Albany star shooting guard dropped 63 points tonight in a blowout win over Jennings County and, well, the crowd offered some unsolicited advice about the young man’s college decision afterward: I mean look at this! This isn’t the first time Romeo Langford has heard the state...

Archie Miller should start preparing for next season right now.

With an NCAA at-large bid impossible, an AQ bid laughable, and an NIT bid inconsequential– it’s time to make moves. Let’s get a few disclaimers out of the way: I don’t attend nearly as much Indiana Hoosiers basketball practice as Archie Miller does. Archie Miller has a lot more D1 coaching success than I do. I’m dumb and wrong a lot. With those out of the way, here’s my suggestion...

Indiana 56, Ohio State 71: three things from another night of Hoosier basketball

The Hoosiers looked tired, the Buckeyes looked motivated. Well that sure was a basketball game! This schedule blows ass: This was Indiana’s fifth game in twelve days and it SURE SHOWED tonight. Some have written about rest being overrated, citing the format of conference tourneys and the Big Dance itself, along with the youth of the players and the grind of the nonstop AAU season...

The Big Ten basketball schedule is impossibly condensed thanks to Jim Delany

Indiana isn’t a great basketball team this season. The first year under new coach Archie Miller has seen an already-flawed roster weakened by injuries, and a few bad (if fluky) losses early to Indiana State and Fort Wayne set an unfortunate tone. The Hoosiers have actually performed much better in conference play, and have a pair of near upsets over Duke and Purdue on their resume...

Cody Zeller on Oladipo in Indiana: ‘Vic’s found the perfect spot’

Cody Zeller played two seasons at Indiana University with Victor Oladipo — and those two constantly pushed one another. In the practice gym, on the court, or who could be the biggest prankster, there was always a challenge to be won. They both left IU in 2013, Zeller after his sophomore season and Oladipo after his junior year. At the annual draft combine that year, they pushed one...
