Forward Mike Moser says he'll transfer to Oregon for his senior season.
Moser, who went to Portland's Grant High School, averaged 14 points and 10.5 rebounds at UNLV as a sophomore but was hampered by injury as a junior.
The 6-foot-8 forward confirmed his decision via Twitter, saying he's excited to be going home. If Moser completes a final course for his undergraduate...

EUGENE - UNLV forward Mike Moser has elected to play his final year of eligibility at the University of Oregon, multiple media outlets reported Tuesday.
Mike Moser from UNLV 'likely' transferring to UW
From CBSSports.com we've found out that the 6-foot-8 Moser will graduate this summer and transfer. We have not heard anything yet out of UW.
"It's almost done that he's going to transfer and play at Washington," one source said. Our friends at HuskyHaul tweeted this AM "Mike Moser would be a...
Four straight trips to the NCAA tournament, four straight opening-game losses.
While UNLV seems headed in the right direction, it's not all the way back just yet.
Bryce Dejean-Jones scored 15 points and freshman NBA prospect Anthony Bennett shook off a poor start to finish with 15 points and 10 rebounds as the fifth-seeded Runnin' Rebels exited early again, losing 64-61...
Katin Reinhardt scored a career-high 21 points Friday night to lead UNLV to a 75-65 victory over Colorado State in the semifinals of the Mountain West Conference tournament.
The third-seeded Runnin' Rebels (25-8) advance to Saturday's championship game, where they'll meet top-seeded New Mexico, a 60-50 winner over San Diego State, with an automatic NCAA tournament bid...
So Bryce Harper spent some of his time over the winter back home in Las Vegas attending UNLV Rebels basketball games (finally ditched Duke as his favorite college hoops team, perhaps?).
And so it only makes sense that there would be a Bryce Harper custom UNLV basketball jersey at a boutique in Vegas, right? See photo above by @STITCHEDlife via @recordsANDradio.
HOUSTON, Miss. -- Recruiting in the Southeastern Conference already had plenty of stories. Chris Jones may have raised the bar.
The 5-star defensive end from Houston (Miss.) High School chose Mississippi State over Ole Miss Wednesday morning on national signing day.
It wasn't as easy as picking up a hat though, and the regular SEC suspects aren't involved. Trade Alabama...
UNLV senior guard Anthony Marshall made the ultimate sacrifice for a perimeter player. He moved from a shooting guard to a point guard to give the Runnin’ Rebels the experience they needed on the perimeter with such a young 2012-13 squad. With that, he has taken off as the Rebs are eighth in the nation with 17.8 apg. with Marshall leading the way with 71 assists against only...
There wasn't a whole lot La Verne could do when UNLV started playing its swarming defense and started going hard to the boards.
The numbers were all in favor of the 20th-ranked Runnin' Rebels in their 91-44 victory over Division III La Verne on Thursday night.
UNLV (8-1) led throughout in winning its sixth straight game.
The Rebels outrebounded La Verne 49-23. They had...

UNLV’s Mike Moser dislocated his elbow during the first half of Sunday’s game against Ca, and it wasn’t pretty. UNLV’s head coach said that Moser will be out “for some time.” I’ve been lucky enough to never experience a dislocated anything, and after seeing this video I would really like to keep it that way. Oh yeah, and UNLV won 76-75.

#21 ranked UNLV beat California yesterday 76-75, but it didn't come without a big loss. UNLV Junior forward Mike Moser dislocated his elbow on a freak play in the first 5 minutes of the game going for a loose ball and never returned. Moser averages 11 points per game and grabs over 8 rebounds per game. UNLV won the game because of their talented trio of ballers Anthony...
1. Division II Dixie State was able to force an overtime game with top-25 UNLV. Yes, this was only an exhibition, but it's still a red flag (albeit, a minor one). Dixie State isn't among the Division II top-25 (they're deep in the "also receiving votes" category) but that will change if they play like they did down the stretch in Vegas. UNLV can chalk this up...
MINNEAPOLIS If you think the University of Minnesota football program is in rebuilding mode, take a look at the Gophers' opponent for the 2012 season opener next Thursday. The UNLV Rebels finished with just two wins in 2011. They also won only a pair of games in 2010. In fact, since 2004, UNLV has had six two-win seasons, including four straight from 2004-07. The Rebels have...
