Andrew Wiggins has supplanted Jabari Parker as the nation’s top high school basketball recruit. At least according to most college basketball recruiting services. While Jabari Parker of Chicago Simeon formally signed with the Duke Blue Devils long ago, Andrew Wiggins will announce his college basketball destination on Tuesday, according to his coach Rob Fulford. Rob Fulford, Wiggins’ coach at Huntington, West Virgina tweeted that Andrew Wiggins will not hold a formal press conference to announce his destination. Andrew Wiggins will sign Tuesday at around 12:15. He will not hold a press conference type ceremony.
