The Pilgrims landed at Plymouth Rock, so it's apropos that a Rock -- Kid Rock -- will be a part of the traditional Thanksgiving Day game in Detroit. The Lions announced on Friday that the Detroit native will perform during halftime of their Nov. 22 game against the Houston Texans at Ford Field. Kid Rock will reportedly perform a new song, Detroit, Michigan, a feature track from his new album Rebel Soul, which will be released Nov.19. The song is billed as tribute to several of Detroits music greats and icons.
