AAU is supposed to be an amateur business. Afterall, it stands for Amateur Athletic Union. It is an organization that encompasses all sports, but it is most widely known for basketball. But AAU is big business, not only for the players, but for the coaches of their teams, the scouts, and the college and pro team’s looking at them. The upcoming documentary, ‘At All Costs’ will look at AAU basketball from every angle. While ‘Hoop Dreams’ was an inspirational documentary about 20 years ago, this will be a much different look in high school hoopsters.
