Eric Hacker, Andrew Brackman, and George Kontos each gave up a run, Wilkins De La Rosa gave up two. De La Rosa also picked up the loss.

Minnesota Twins relief pitcher Boof Bonser's will have to miss the 2009 season due to a torn labrum and rotator cuff. Boof was going to contend for the 8th inning setup role for the Minnesota Twins this season. This could open the door for Phil Humber to make the squad.
