Indians Promote Three
The Indians have promoted Matt LaPorta, Luis Valbuena, and Josh Barfield from Triple-A Columbus prior to Saturday's game. LaPorta was the key acquisition in the CC Sabathia trade last summer, Valbuena was apart of the Mets-Mariners-Indians trade last offseason, and Barfield came over in the Kevin Kouzmanoff trade from two offseasons ago.
