The Rangers will keep Kevin Millwood out of their rotation plans the rest of the homestand as they give him more time to work on some mechanical changes he is making to alter his string of poor performances. The right-hander won't pitch until either Monday or next Tuesday at Oakland. Left-hander Derek Holland will pitch Sunday against the Angels.
