Ryan Howard to Pass on Classic
Team USA just lost a whole lot of home-run power, as Phillies slugger Ryan Howard informed the squad's skipper, Davey Johnson, he would not be participating in the second running of the World Baseball Classic this spring, according to The Philadelphia Inquirer.
