Word on the street (er, twitter) is that Ryan Howard has the flu, ran a 104 fever, so Charlie needed to make some adjustments to his lineup. Here it is:
Photo courtesy of CSN's John Finger. Apparently Matt Stairs also asked for a pic of the lineup, and why wouldn't he want one? He's starting in left field, batting cleanup for the Phillies today.
As you can see, the lineup features three bench players today, with Greg Dobbs playing 1B and Paul Bako doing the catching. This... should be interesting—hopefully a bit more interesting than the regular lineup has been lately. Your starting pitchers are JA Happ and Brad Bergesen. Bergesen has been pretty solid for the O's, posting wins in three of his last four starts and not allowing more than two earned runs in that time.
The natives are getting restless, Phils. Send us home happy tonight.
