So, it seems that John Smoltz and the Cardinals are blaming his loss yesterday...not on his suck, but on the unrubbed balls he was given for the game.I'll admit it...I openly am annoyed by John Smoltz and everything he does. Thanks Wake

A truly embarrassing three-game sweep by the Toronto Blue Jays was completed tonight, 12-0, as they pounded the Red Sox "B" team. I know that since the Red Sox have wrapped up the postseason berth, it means almost nothing. But boy, it was simply awful to watch the last three nights.Manny Delcarmen shouldn't be anywhere near a postseason roster. Despite playoff berth, Red Sox management failed their fans Wednesday

As someone who spent the better part of a decade working for a successful minor league hockey team, I know that it's not easy working in a pro sports front office - especially when you're on top at the box office and in the standings. One of the most valuable lessons I learned was that no matter how successful your organization gets, you always need to listen to your audience...
