700 Level:
Charlie hasn't said it yet, but most people seem to think one Pedro Martinez will get the start in the Bronx on Thursday for game two of the World Series. Pedro has certainly been lobbying for the spot and has his fair share of history with the Yankees.
Phillies fans seem to be mixed on whether to give Cole or Pedro the ball in game two. Personally, I wouldn't mind seeing Hamels throw in the friendly confines of Citizens Bank Park in game three. I just feel like Pedro may handle the Yankee Stadium atmosphere a bit better. What's your take?
We thought this would be a fun time to go into the video archives to whip out some gems from Pedro's days as a member of the Red Sox. [videos below]

Small Sample Sizes Be Damned! Your Phillies 2009 World Series Pitching Preview
As I'm sure you are all blatantly aware, due to some ham-handed statements by both Rob and me around these parts, I am very much a New Jersey native, dago and a Yankees fan. As such, this World Series preview (note: even calling it this would be most generous) will feature no prognostication or any attempt to consider either of the contending parties as a whole. Rather, we shall...
