After taking two-of-three at the Trop, the Boston Red Sox head to the home "The Wire" for a four-game set. Tonight they'll kick it off with the first game against the Baltimore Orioles at Oriole Park at Camden Yards.
First pitch is scheduled for 7:05 p.m. The game will be broadcast on NESN in the Red Sox television market. If you live in the Orioles television market, you can catch the game on MASN 2. If you don't live in either market you're in luck as MLB Network will have coverage of the game (outside of Red Sox and Orioles television markets). And if you can't catch the game on television, you can always listen on the 2013 Red Sox Radio Network.
Felix Doubront makes his 11th start (12th appearance) of 2013 for John Farrell. In his previous 11 appearances (10 starts), Doubront is 4-3 with a 4.84 ERA. He hasn't faced the O's this year and was 0-2 with a 2.70 ERA (6 ER/20 IP) in 2012. He's made six career appearances (three starts) against them and is 0-2 with a 3.13 ERA. Three of those appearances (two starts) have come at Camden Yards where he is 0-2 with a 4.50 ERA (7 ER/14 IP).
The Oriole 2012 first round draft pick Kevin Gausman makes just fifth career start tonight. In his previous four starts, Gausman is 0-3 with an 8.84 ERA (19 ER/19.1 IP). Tonight marks his first career start against the Red Sox.
