The final All-Star voting update from MLB has been released, and the Rangers appear to be assured of one starter in the July 14 game with two days to go in balloting. Josh Hamilton is third among outfielders, and he holds a cushion of about 145,000 votes over fourth-place Torii Hunter. Hamilton said he will go to the All-Star Game if healthy and if voted in. Both appear to be certainties. Nothing is certain for Ian Kinsler, who once led by more than 200,000 votes and now leads Dustin Pedroia by 6,830. If Kinsler doesn't win the fan vote, he would have to be selected to the team from a deep pool of second basemen that includes Aaron Hill, Brian Roberts and Ben Zobrist, who isn't on the ballot but has been playing second base for Tampa Bay since a season-ending injury to Akinora Iwamura.
