Los Angeles Angels righthander Dan Haren left Wednesday's 7-1 victory over the Toronto Blue Jays after he was hit on the wrist by a line drive.
Haren was struck on the inside of the left wrist by a shot from Eric Thames. The ball caromed to Maicer Izturis at second base, who threw to first to record the third out of the eighth inning.
Haren picked up his first road win in 2 1/2 months after allowing one run on four hits in eight innings.
