After a very long courtship, former 1st pick in the '96 draft Kris Benson is phinally a Phillies. Of course this means Ms. Funbags herself Anna Benson will be joining in the party.
This is a good signing because it's only a minor league deal, and he adds depth to the rotation that will certainly need an extra starter down the line.
Career #'s- 68 wins, 4.34 ere, 1.38 whip. Not great, but not bad for a 5th starter.
