Short Season Rookie Ball - Brooklyn Cyclones (34-24, 2nd place) - The Cyclones defeated Jamestown by the score of 5-2. 1B Cole Frenzel went 3-4, with a 2B, RBI, and 2 Runs scored in the win. Single-A - Savannah Sand Gnats (34-19, 1st place) - The Sand Gnats defeated Greenville by the score of 10-5. C Albert Cordero went 3-5 in the contest and raised his average to .287 on the year. Single-A Advanced - St. Lucie Mets (27-25, 3rd place) - St. Lucie was shutout by Palm Beach 3-0. SP Darin Gorsky took a rare loss despite allowing only 1 ER through 5 innings. Gorsky is now 11-2 on the year. Double-A - Binghamton Mets (53-71, Tied 5th place) - The B-Mets beat New Britain by the score of 8-7. Despite only going 1-4, Jonathan Malo drove in the game winning run in walk-off fashion as he hit a SAC fly in the Bottom of the 9th inning.
