Red Sox All-Star LHP Ranger Suarez put on 15-day IL

The Boston Red Sox placed All-Star left-hander Ranger Suarez on the 15-day injured list Thursday with a left groin strain. The move is retroactive to Monday for Suarez, who left his start on Sunday with two outs in the third inning after leaping for Jo Adell's chopper over the mound in Boston's 7-5 win over the Los Angeles Angels.
