The Baltimore Orioles made a pair of moves, having activated left-handed starter Wei-Yin Chen from the 15-day disabled list since being shelved May 13th with a severe strain to his right oblique. They also recalled right-handed starter Josh Stinson. Chen gets the start Wednesday night against the Texas Rangers and has a 3.04 earned run average in 8 starts this season.
