Phillies center fielder Ben Revere has undergone surgery to repair his right foot, which he broke in the first game of the double header on Saturday against the Chicago White Sox. Revere's surgery involved getting two screws placed in his foot according to Todd Zolecki: Ben Revere's surgery complete. Dr. Steve Raikin placed 2 screws across the fracture.
