The Toronto Blue Jays will be without Adam Lind for Wednesday game against Baltimore. Lind will miss the game in order to be present for the birth of his child.
Without Lind the Blue Jays have moved their lineup around. Melky Cabrera will serve as the DH on Wednesday while Rajai Davis will play left field.
Thus far this year Lind had played in 17 games. He had compiled a .244/.396/.317 line but had just three extra base hits. It is unclear right now when he will return to the Blue Jays but the team could place him on the paternity leave list.

But to other execs, Anthopoulos is violating the spirit of the waiver process, which is intended to create major-league...
