The Toronto Blue Jays will recall righthander Kyle Drabek from Triple-A Las Vegas on Tuesday. Drabek was demoted to Triple-A in mid-June after posting a 4-5 record with a 5.70 ERA. He struggled with his control, walking a league-high 52 batters in 14 starts. His inability to find the strike zone has continued at Las Vegas. Drabek has 45 strikeouts and 41 walks while pitching to a 7.44 ERA in 15 starts. Hopes were high entering the season for Drabek, the centerpiece in the December 2009 trade that saw Blue Jays ace Roy Halladay wind up with the Philadelphia Phillies.
