In the corresponding move to Roy Halladay being activated from the DL, Brian Sanches was outrighted to Triple-A Lehigh Valley. Sanches was ineffective in 6.1 IP, posting a 9.95 ERA and allowing 4 HR in his second tour with the Phils. Halladay will start tonight against the Dodgers in LA.
