It's Always Sunny in Detroit:
Did you know that Bronson Arroyo leads the Major Leagues in games started by a pitcher since 2004 (with 299)? He’s third in innings pitched (1,906.1) and fourth in quality starts (180). Those numbers are pretty shocking for a guy who I have always considered to be a slightly better than average Big League pitcher.
But, nothing is average when it comes to his hair and his women. And I’ll prove it to you that the ladies love cool Bronson. Chicks don’t know what an average Big League career looks like. They’re more concerned about his blond flow and his cash flow…and being the lead guitarist and vocalist in a band (the Bronson Arroyo Band) probably doesn’t hurt things either.
So naturally, I have composed a small of sampling of Bronson’s broads…
Some guys would call this heaven. Bronson calls this Saturday (when he isn’t starting that night).
And last but not least…well, least on this list…Bronson’s ex-wife. Poor girl never had a chance.
BEST OF MAXIM
It's no secret to Reds fans that Jay Bruce has been struggling at the plate lately. And it appears as if those struggles have caused the Reds outfielder to reach a breaking point on Twitter.
The 26-year-old took to the social media site Tuesday night to vent about the heat he has been taking from fans this year. Here is the gist of what he had to say...
HATING ON HATERS
Reds outfielder Jay Bruce is off to somewhat of a slow start this season and decided to respond to those individuals who have been criticizing him on Twitter.

For the second day in a row, Joey Votto wore his socks high, and for the second day in a row, the Reds won. It’s officially their longest road streak of the season. Is showing off his socks what Votto is paid to do? When it equals wins, I think you could argue that it is.
Mat Latos was...
Jay Bruce signs the jersey of a Reds Heads kids club member.Yes, the Cincinnati Reds lost an excellent pitchers’ duel between Bronson Arroyo and Jaime Garcia last night, but you undoubtedly stayed up to watch that whole thing. What you may have missed was Jay Bruce reaching his limit of twitter abuse around midnight after the game.
Bruce has started the season slowly and has yet...

Starting here in the month of May, the website is moving toward a hybrid “free content/paid content” system. There will still be daily content that will be free to everyone, but there will also be several features a week that will be behind a subscription wall that will just have small portions be “free for everyone” to see.
Why is the site going to a hybrid system?

The Arizona Diamondbacks have traded veteran infielder Mark Teahen to the Cincinnati Reds for a player to be named later.
The 31-year-old Teahen signed with the Diamondbacks during the offseason and spent the season at Triple-A Reno, where he hit .211.
Teahen hasn't played in the majors since 2011 with Toronto and spent last season with Washington's Triple-A affiliate in...

Washington Nationals pitcher Henry Rodriguez came dangerously close to having to charge the mound on himself on Sunday during a game against the Cincinnati Reds. In the top of the 8th inning, the right-hander threw a wild pitch. Oftentimes wild pitches lead to bench-clearing brawls. If Rodriguez’s wild pitch came any closer to his own head...
