Bryce Harper was in the Christmas spirit and football spirit at the same time.  The Washington Nationals outfielder showed his support for fellow D.C. superstar athlete Robert Griffin III by wearing the quarterback's socks to church on Sunday.

"Supporting  while I'm at church! Don't worry, it hasn't started yet! Love Sundays with the family" Harper wrote on Twitter.

The Redskins play the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday and need a win to get into the playoffs. With that game being a must-win situation, every little bit of positive thought can help.
