The inaugural season of the Buffalo Bison's as the Mets AAA affiliate hasn't gone exactly as planned.When the two teams agreed to the affiliation, it was reported that Buffalo was a baseball town and that the Mets needed to give the Bison's a winning roster. Things haven't worked out, as Buffalo is in last place by 16 games with a record of 17-39. Looking at the roster, it's surprising that the reason Buffalo is struggling is because of their lack of offense, many of their position players could be in the majors. The Lack of offense has cost the hitting coach his job as the Mets have demoted Luis Natera. Many of the offensive players that the team was counting on and may see time with the Mets, have been out of the line-up but look to be returning for today's home game...Almost not fair, however, was the injury plagued lineup of Natera's final few days and the one manager Ken Oberkfell can let Masse watch for today's series opener against Durham.
