St. Louis Cardinals outfielder Matt Holliday left Thursday's Game 6 of the World Series with a bruised right pinkie finger.
Holliday was removed following the sixth inning shortly after he was picked off by catcher Mike Napoli while straying too far from third base.
Holliday's finger was jammed into the foot of third baseman Adrian Beltre as he attempted to slide back to the bag. Allen Craig replaced him in left field.
Holliday was 0 for 1 with a pair of walks before exiting.

Game for the ages, Series goes to Game 7
