The St. Louis Cardinals will start Allen Craig in right field in place of Matt Holliday in the opener of their National League Divisional Series against the host Philadelphia Phillies on Saturday night.Craig was given the start because Holliday is still recovering from a finger injury. Holliday hit off a tee Friday, and could be back in the starting lineup as early as Game 2 set for Sunday.Craig was a capable fourth outfielder for St. Louis during the regular season, hitting. 315 with 11 homers and 40 RBIs over 200 at-bats.Holliday hit .296 with 22 homers and 75 runs batted in over 446 at-bats.
