TEAMS: New York Mets, St. Louis Cardinals, Boston Red Sox, New York Yankees
As if you needed another reason to love Carlos Beltran, the All-Star rightfielder is apparently cutting ties with super agent Scott Boras. According to Jerry Crasnick of ESPN.com:

Lozano is no slouch himself as he represents the likes of Albert Pujols, but now he’ll have to another big bat to shop around this Winter. Carlos finished the year batting an even .300 and belted 22 home runs (15 with New York and 7 with the Giants).
Recent rumors have suggested that teams such as the Yankees and Red Sox could be in on the Beltran bidding, though with the Bronx Bombers picking up Nick Swisher’s option for 2012, they now seem a less likely suitor.
