Kosuke Fukudome will return to Japan. The 35-year-old outfielder has signed a three-year contract with the Hanshin Tigeres of the Central League.
Fukudome joined the Chicago Cubs in 2008 earning an All-Star selection but ended his five years in the majors with a .258/.359/.395 line.
