Bronx Bombers Report:
Go ahead and take a guess at the player I’m talking about. I’ll give you a hint. His bones are made of glass while his muscles and tendons are woven from string cheese. I’m talking about Nick Johnson. The Cleveland Indians signed him to a Minor League deal. Johnson is still recovering from the wrist injury that kept him out of all but 24 games in 2010. He’s made nine trips to the disabled list in his nine year career – and several of them are of the serious or season ending variety. Cleveland fans should enjoy Nick Johnson while they have him – if he even makes it on the field.
What's the cause of this injury? A sneeze? I think it was a light breeze.
