The major league baseball trade deadline is less than two weeks away and teams like the Atlanta Braves are assessing their needs and determining which assets they may make available. Looking at the Atlanta Braves, you can make a reasonable case that they don’t have a glaring weakness when they are healthy.  The Braves are third in the National League in runs scored and second in the NL in earned run average.  That type production is enough to take this team a long way. The Braves do have one very important need, though, and I will talk about that later in this article.
