The Arizona Diamondbacks have reached agreement on a one-year, $1.75 million contract with 41-year-old right-hander Takashi Saito. The former All-Star went 4-2 with a 2.03 ERA in 30 relief appearances for the NL Central champion Milwaukee Brewers last season.
