Chad Billingsley pitched two scoreless innings and the Los Angeles Dodgers defeated the Chicago White Sox 6-4 Monday. Billingsley, likely to be the Dodgers' No. 2 starter behind Cy Young winner Clayton Kershaw, gave up only a single to Alexei Ramirez. Dodgers star Andre Ethier hit a double in his first at-bat of the spring against Philip Humber. Led by prospect Scott Van Slyke's two-run homer, the Dodgers scored five times in the sixth off White Sox prospect Nestor Molina, acquired in the offseason trade that sent closer Sergio Santos to Toronto. Van Slyke is the son of former major leaguer Andy Van Slyke. Ramirez had two hits and drove in a run.

Andre Ethier homered off a lefty and yes, it's news

Dodgers' outfielder Andre Ethier hit a solo home run in the second inning of today's Giant-Dodger Spring Training game. Normally, that isn't lede-worthy. There Are 5 Of These Jerry Sands Obak Autos In The World. I Own 1 Of Them.

Every now and then I'll scour eBay listings in search of cheap and new Jerry Sands autographs. Reporting from Phoenix -- Who will be the Dodgers' next owner? Will departing owner Frank McCourt refuse to sell the Dodger Stadium parking lots along with the team? Yet for all the questions that remain about their off-the-field situation, the Dodgers are oddly stable in regard to their roster or, to take the less charitable view, the bankrupt ballclub lacks the depth necessary...

He went on to say a large part of the team’s success was due to the fact...

Los Angeles Dodgers Spring Training Notes: March 3rd & 4th, 2012

Honestly? Not much has happened in two days… —– Because the team doesn’t have enough bumps and bruises, Dee Gordon got drilled in the face. Lilly's Longballs Lead to LA Loss

Rough day for Lilly. The Dodgers had a little offense but couldn't come from behind. 8 hits weren't enough, especially since only 3 went for extra bases.
