Driver Indicted in Adenhart Death

((HT: KTLA-TV))A grand jury indicted the man accused of killing Nick Adenhart and two others in a car accident while allegedly under the influence of alcohol last month.Andrew Gallo, 22, of San Gabriel, was indicted Wednesday on three counts of murder and three other felonies stemming from the April 9 crash.The charges are the same as those filed by the District Attorney two days after the accident, but prosecutors say the indictment will speed up the case by skipping the preliminary hearing.Gallo had nearly three times the legal blood-alcohol level when he ran a red light in his minivan and smashed into the car carrying the Los Angeles Angels pitcher and three friends, according to police.
