KC's Royal Fan Zone:
The KC Star is reporting that the 15 day suspension of Jose Guillen is on hold while MLB and the Players Union continue to negotiate a new drug policy. If a new deal is not reached by April 9th then the suspensions will go into effect. Jay Gibbons of the the Baltimore Orioles and Guillen were both suspended for performance enhancing drug involvement but they could both be granted amnesty if a new drug policy is reached.
