Adam Rosales back up to replace the never injured Jerry Hairston Jr.
Today the Reds placed on the 15-day disabled list, retroactive to Monday, IF/OF Jerry Hairston Jr. (strained right hamstring) and recalled from Class AAA Louisville IF Adam Rosales (#60), a graduate of Maine High School in nearby Park Ridge, IL....last week Rosales made his Major League debut with 5 pinch-hitting apps (1-for-5) while 1B Joey Votto was on the bereavement list...in 115 apps for the Bats he hit .289 (29 2b, 7 3b, 11hr, 58rbi, 6sb).
