Toronto might just be the new Detroit.  My boys are clearly not fond of playing there.  At the very least, they’re not fond of pitching there.  Neftali Feliz struggled on Tuesday night, and Matt Harrison found himself in similar trouble today. I didn’t get to see the game (11:30 a.m. games are hard to watch when you work), so I can’t speculate on what Harrison’s issue was.  All I know is he only made it through 3.1 innings, and in that time, he gave up eight runs on eight hits and two walks.  He struck out three, which would have been a fine pace if the Toronto bats hadn’t killed him. After Toronto’s big six-run 4th inning, the Rangers tried to rally and get back in it.  They put up a four-spot in the 5th  after the first three batters — Brandon Snyder, Craig Gentry and Ian Kinsler — walked. Elvis Andrus brought Snyder and Gentry home on a double, and then Michael Young singled to push Kinsler home.  Mike Napoli capped the scoring with a sac fly. After all that, the Rangers’ 8-1 defe
